Fraudulent Indicators — DO NOT Accept:
- 1. Packages with cash-on-delivery. We never use COD. Fraudsters use this method to collect money.
- 2. Requests for your shipping address. Nutrioptimal never collects mailing addresses.
- 3. Invoices for "shipped goods". Any invoice claiming delivery of physical items is fraudulent.
- 4. Promotional materials by courier. We never send physical promotional items or samples.
- 5. Unsolicited packages claiming to be from Nutrioptimal. Any unexpected shipment is fraud.
If You Suspect Fraud:
- Report it immediately through our Contact page with details of the package or communication.
- Verify our identity by contacting us directly at [email protected]. This is our only official email address.
- Do not accept payment requests. Never send money, gift cards, or payment through any method to unknown couriers or third parties.
- Report to local authorities if fraudulent packages are delivered to your address.
